Victor and Carina are third generation Italian Scots.
Our families arrived from rural Italy in the early 1900’s and are proud to be sharing their families love of good food while making good choices that care for the environment, our suppliers and our team.
Fresh & local produce
We buy seasonally from a network of over 70 local suppliers in Scotland. Fresh fish is always landed at Scottish ports from Peterhead to Eyemouth. Our meat is always grass-fed and Scottish. Anything we can’t buy in Scotland in season we buy from Italy.
Each of our three restaurants has its own unique personality and that is reflected in the food we serve and the atmosphere of each venue.

Great food and good views, excellent service
We booked our company Christmas dinner here on the 10th December. The manager and the team were all excellent in helping to get it organised for us, and the service and food were excellent. I would highly recommend. Great views of Edinburgh Castle, fantastic food and great cocktails.

It was our first night and first visit to Edinburgh and I truly couldn’t have booked a better place to eat
Grilled oysters, haggis rolled balls, venison and pork belly and did i mention the most amazing view of Edinburgh Castle with an amazing light show. The food was delicious, the staff courteous and an amazing atmosphere. Thank you so much for an excellent experience.

This is the best Italian food I ate outside Italy. Everything was perfect! The service was absolutely amazing.. staff are so nice and kind! The restaurant looks absolutely stunning … and the tiramisu is brought from heaven (best tiramisu I’ve ever eat.. sorry Mom but it better than yours..)
